Lee Hindin obtained his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from James Madison University and has attended graduate classes at Georgetown University. He immediately began his career as an entrepreneur by co-founding CO Holdings, LLC. The concept grew to a 35 unit fast casual chain which was considered a leader by the industry expert Technomics. Mr. Hindin designed, developed and managed the company's restaurants, franchise, and licensing program during his 15-year tenure as President and CEO.
Mr. Hindin received the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award as CEO of CO Holdings, LLC. In 2002 he sold his controlling interest to a Private Equity Firm. He has since focused on real estate and the expansion of an up and coming restaurant chain and their Independent Franchise Association. He served as the association’s chairman and was the key consultant to the founders of the Company in the administration of their franchise system. His firm co-owned and operated the Company’s most successful franchise territory.
Lee founded, co-founded and managed several multi-million dollar real estate projects from conception to completion. Such projects include an award winning 200 unit Condo project. His real estate experience includes the creation of single family, multi-family, commercial and residential real estate, restaurants, spas, as well as co-founding and designing the first fully web-based point of sale platform early in his career.
Mr. Hindin has raised several million dollars for charities. These activities have been recognized through various awards and recognitions throughout his career.
Lee’s top priority is being a father and enjoys spending time with his 2 children and 3 rescue dogs. His hobbies include skiing, fly-fishing, and landscape photography.
